You’re invited to share feedback on The Well-Being of Children Birth to Six: A Report Card for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph!
The purpose of the User Feedback Survey is to gain an understanding of what you liked about the Report Card and what can be improved to better meet your needs. The Report Card Coalition also wants to know how the Report Card has been used in our community.
Results of the Survey will help to inform the development of the Report Card on the Well-Being of Children Ages 7 to 13.

The Well-Being of Children Birth to Six: A Report Card for Wellington-Dufferin and Guelph is now available.
The Report Card is linked to the widely endorsed Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Children’s Charter of Rights. It identifies areas of strength and vulnerability and will act as a planning tool for service providers. The Report Card will also aid in the development of local priorities and a local plan of action and to track improvement over time.
